ACH Specialist

Beehive is seeking a full-time ACH Specialist to work at our Administration Building in Rexburg, ID. This position works 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Processes ACH and ACH originations. Monitors and reports ACH fraud. Balances ACH reports and GLs. Processes ACHO rejections and all ACH notification exceptions.
• Stays up to date on all ACH guidelines and attends all ACH trainings. Performs ACH related risk evaluations.
• Supports Operations department with incoming calls.
• Assists with other payment processing functions (such as share draft, wires, iPay, remote deposit capture, etc). Assists with automatic transfers and payroll deductions.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications and Skills

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Should feel comfortable with multiple software and data processing systems.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
