Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time ATM/Scanner Clerk to work 25-28 hours per week at our Rexburg Administration Office. This position will be assigned to work Monday-Thursday between the hours of 1 pm to 6 pm and Friday 1 pm to 7 pm, along with Saturday hours as needed. ***The successful candidate will be available during these days/hours year-round.*** The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Services ATMs by adding money, replacing paper rolls, and collecting transaction data (basic ATM configuration). Required to be on the monthly afterhours ATM rotating schedule
• Scans documents such as bonds, manual checks, and branch work. Completes End of Day balancing.
• Processes daily mail and packages then delivers them along with inter-branch mail and any miscellaneous distributions to the appropriate locations.
• Performs utility clerk functions when assigned which could include ordering branch supplies.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Must have Internet and computer skills.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Position may require lifting and carrying items sometimes weighing as much as 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminal and keyboard, telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must possess a driver's license. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise, as well as outdoors in cold, wet, or warm conditions.
