Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Branch Manager-Member Service Center to work in our Rigby Branch. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasion evenings and Saturdays. The expected pay is $_____ per year, DOE.

Job Description
Performs the overall administrative supervision of branch office activities including:

• Working collaboratively with members to identify needs by opening accounts, resolving problems, and fulfilling loan requests.
• Cross-servicing products and services to existing and potential members through in-person sessions as well as by phone, written correspondence, and external calls.
• Staffing, training, employee relations, and performance management.
• Preparing and submitting standard reports.
• Meeting or exceeding branch goals for financial ratios, growth goals, business development goals, and training goals.
• Responsibility for the overall financial success of the branch.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Job Requirements
Two to five years of similar or related experience; financial services experience as well as a college degree is preferred. Position also requires the ability to motivate or influence others and requires a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
