Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Card Services Clerk to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Assist with Visa credit/debit card program by processing and producing cards.
• Provides members with account information and processes member requests for charge-backs.
• Monitors and balances the shared branching program.
• Maintains Card Rewards System.
• Recognizes opportunities to cross-sell services to members.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must possess a driver's license. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise, as well as outdoors in cold, wet, or warm conditions.
