Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Operations/Cards Clerk to work at our Rexburg Administration Office, 12 pm - 5:30 pm, M-F, with Saturday hours as needed. ***The successful candidate will be available year-round.*** The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

Assists in MasterCard and accounting programs and performs back up various roles in data processing. Processes card orders and produces and distributes cards. Provides members with information and direction regarding their account as well as assist other employees in troubleshooting card issues. Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

Must have basic internet skills, basic computer skills, and be able to answer phones and direct calls. High school or equivalent education required with six months of similar or related experience.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise.
