Beehive is seeking a full-time Compliance and Reporting Specialist to work at our Administration Building in Rexburg, ID. This position works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.
Job Description
- Supports loan compliance and servicing, ensuring timely submission of reports and coordination with auditors and agencies.
- Manages CTR and SAR filings, investigates suspicious activity, performs OFAC checks, and ensures regulatory training and policy updates.
- Oversees vendor management, including contracts, invoicing, training, and recertifications.
- Reviews forms, communications, ads, and website content for compliance. Monitors procedures, supports audits, and prepares follow-up reports.
- Creates compliance reports for leadership and performs duties in line with the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Participates in community events and supports member experience through cross-servicing.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in compliance, lending, or loan servicing preferred.
- High school or equivalent education required. College preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills; experience in cross-functional teamwork; proven
skills in compliance and time management.
Physical Requirements
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
