Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Contact Center Lead Agent to work in our Rexburg Administrative office. This position works 40 hours, Monday - Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE. This position ensures members and potential members receive fast, courteous, and accurate service on the telephone; explains services, sets up secondary accounts and services, responds to problems, and directs members' telephone calls to the appropriate area; assists and trains other telephone center representatives. Assists with agent scheduling and hiring.

Job Description

  • Assists members and potential members with their telephone requests; answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to Branch Manager or next level supervisor, along with their recommendations.
  • Identifies and cross-services opportunities and services to members and assists Branch Manager in coaching other agents in achieving their goals.
  • Assists the Branch Manager with scheduling, training, and quality assurance monitoring of the agents.
  • Identifies and takes action to improve the departments operating methods and procedures.
  • Performs duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, assists in other departments as needed, and works at or attends community events as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must possess excellent communication skills & customer service skills.
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience required as well as a high school education or GED.
