Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Digital Account Specialist to work in our Administration Building in Rexburg, ID. This position works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Assist members and potential members with their digital account needs. Including, but not limited to, lending and transactional approvals, applications, and documents.
• Use analytical skills to verify new account requests submitted through online channels.
• Ensure accuracy for member service and for fraud protection.
• Remediate discrepancies and ensure CIP guidelines are followed.
• Communicate with members through multi-channel communication tools to confirm and teach the correct process for obtaining a product or service.
• Assist the Digital Branch with consumer loan processing as needed.
• Actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education. College degree preferred.
• At least six months of similar or related experience. One year of member service experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Competency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
