Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Digital Branch Agent to work in our Administration Office in Rexburg, ID. This position works a unique schedule of about 25 hours per week. Scheduled hours are 2:00pm to 7:00pm, four days per week, Monday-Friday; and rotating Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Assists members and potential members with their requests; Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Communicate with members through multi-channel communication tools to confirm and educate members.
• Scan and index varying credit union documents accurately. Assist with day end duties.
• Maintain member account information on computer system.
• Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends community events as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.

Qualifications

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience required as well as a high school education or GED.
• Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (member or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have an understanding of computer systems, both hardware and software. Good listening and telephone skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared office space with typical noise.
