Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Branch Lead to work in our Digital Branch located in Rexburg, Idaho. This position is based around four 10-hour days, with a schedule of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Interviews or reviews member loan applications to develop information concerning their loan needs, earnings, and financial condition. Makes decisions to approve, disapprove, or forward the loan request.
• Assist the Digital Branch Manager with scheduling, training, and quality assurance monitoring of the agents.
• Assist members with other digital account needs. Including, but not limited to, lending and transaction approvals, applications, documents, and fundings.
• Actively engage in needs-based selling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Work may involve motivating or influencing others.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in addition to well developed interpersonal skills.
• Must have a proven ability to supervise and evaluate subordinates.
• Must have an understanding of computer systems, both hardware and software.
• Good listening and telephone skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
