Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Branch Manager to manage Digital Branch activity to meet established goals for service, productivity, and quality of work. Directly responsible for the development of Digital Branch goals and performance standards necessary to achieve those goals. Ensures the Digital Branch employees serve our members in a professional, courteous, and accurate manner. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and Saturdays. The expected pay is $_____ per year, DOE.

Major Job-Related Duties

  • Directs daily operations of the Digital Branch and supervises employees; hire, train, assign, coach, motivate, and discipline. Conducts performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments and promotions. Underwrites consumer loans up to the amount assigned per credit union policy; reviews and approves underwriting decisions.
  • Identifies lending and new account systems, technology, products, services, and processes that are not working or offline and troubleshoots solutions until they are working.
  • Manages workflow of all functions and tasks with special attention to utilizing down time and excess capacity. Analyzes reports and suggests changes in workflow or digital queues to improve efficiency while maintaining member service standards.
  • Trains all new consumer loan officers with assistance from the Digital Lending Manager.
  • Manages credit union digital queues to facilitate the best routing of member requests.
  • Resolves member complaints.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends community events as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A minimum of one of the following: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
  • The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job.
  • This position may require extended periods of standing or sitting and may include long periods of typing and repetitive motion. Must possess the ability to lift and carry items sometimes weighing as much as 50 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise.
