Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Digital Branch Specialist to work in our Rexburg Administrative office 25 hours per week from 2 pm to 7 pm, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Must be flexible and able to cover absences. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Assists members and potential members with their requests; Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Communicate with members through multi-channel communication tools to confirm and teach the correct process for obtaining a product or service. Follow up with new accounts and loans to make certain members have access and understand the credit union's products.
• Scan and index varying credit union documents accurately. Assists with supplies ordering and day end duties.
• Maintain members account information on computer system.
• Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends community events as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.

Qualifications

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience required as well as a high school education or GED.
• Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (member or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have an understanding of computer systems, both hardware and software. Good listening and telephone skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
