Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Director of Branches housed in our Administration Building in Rexburg, Idaho. This position works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per year, DOE.

Summary of Major Job Responsibilities

• Direct daily Branch Operations and business development activities in a manner that provides quality service to members and potential members.
• Organize subordinate personnel into effective, efficient work groups. Review work systems to reduce duplication of effort and unnecessary work.
• Implement annual strategic plans and oversee department budget to accomplish objectives.
• Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic competitive and technology environments which may affect the company's operations. Monitor internal controls, as well as policies and procedures.
• Provides ongoing performance feedback, sales support and coaching to ensure appropriate sales skills development of branch personnel.
• Provide Guidance & direction for supervisory functions including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, policies for department personnel.
• Direct and participate in public and community relations activities to promote organization.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
• A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree ( e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
• Strong supervisory, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise. This position also requires travel between Beehive's branches across south east Idaho and Meridian area.
