Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Electronic Services Specialist to work in our Rexburg Administration Office. This position works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE. This position will assist in various back office card support and general electronic services such as Zelle, Pays, and ATM coordination. This position will also assists with wires and answer phones for general card needs.

Job Description

• Coordinates ATM servicing, monitors ATM notifications to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provides Operations and Card department support with incoming calls regarding card and account inquiries including but not limited to digital wallets, online banking, Courtesy Pay Program, etc.
• Processes incoming and outgoing wires. Assists with wire auditing.
• Processes IPay and mobile remote deposit capture. Processes one-time ACH originations.
• Balances and completes reports for person-to-person payments (Zelle). Manages disputes, limits, fraud, and ensures compliance within the program.
• Backup ACH and Share Draft processing, foreign deposits.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• Six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• High school education or GED required.
• Must possess basic internet skills.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, as well as exceptional courtesy and tact.
• Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine voice equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
