Position and Role
Full-Time Loan Administrator at our Rexburg, Idaho Administration Building. This position will work 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per year, DOE. This position's role is to enable loan servicing efficiency across all lending products and deliver a seamless member experience while maintaining compliance with all rules, laws, and contracts.
Job Description
- Assist in overseeing the insurance tracking, title perfection, loan compliance, loan servicing, loan participations, and loan recovery.
- Hire, supervise and train Recovery Officers and Loan Clerks.
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships including contracts, invoices, reports, website admin, training, recertifications, etc.
- Main point of contact for government entities and ensuring required data and documents are delivered in a timely manner
- Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Two to four years of lending or loan servicing experience.
- College degree preferred.
- The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job.
- Contact with others is usually of a personal nature therefore confidentiality is most important. Must have good communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
