Position and Role

Beehive is looking to hire a full-time Loan Recovery and Servicing Lead to work at our Administration Building in Rexburg, ID. This position will work 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per year, DOE.

Job Description

• Hire, train, and manage Recovery Officers and Loan Clerks. Establish staff goals, track progress, and manage the department's workflow.
• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of Recovery Agents in handling delinquent loans and negative share accounts. Assesses member requests for loss mitigation.
• Actively reviews monthly losses and delinquency trends, leading charge-off review meetings with management.
• Manages the entire title process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of all title-related activities.
• Administers and oversees the collateral insurance tracking program.
• Manages all aspects of insurance product claims.
• Handles the investigation and resolution of credit disputes while ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of lending or loan servicing experience.
• College degree preferred.
• The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job.
• Contact with others is usually of a personal nature therefore confidentiality is most important. Must have good communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise.
