Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Scanning Clerk/Mail Teller to work at our Rexburg Administration Office. This position will work 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

Processes and posts mail to member accounts; scans and indexes credit union documents; and provides general support to the Operations Department. Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

• Post mail to member accounts.
• Scan and index documents.
• Deliver and retrieve mail from the Post Office and branches.
• Provide support to all divisions within the department as requested.
• Perform errands and deliveries as needed by department. Backup for ATM maintenance and service.

Qualifications

Must have basic internet skills, basic computer skills, and be able to answer phones and direct calls. High school or equivalent education required with six months of similar or related experience.
