Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Marketing Specialist I to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday or evening hours may be required as part of events or campaign support. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and retargeting networks. Conduct SEO research and strategy, ensuring Beehive's website ranks effectively for key financial terms.
• Develop content-driven marketing campaigns to improve engagement and search visibility.
• Manage HubSpot CRM automation for email marketing, segmentation, and lead nurturing. Develop personalized member journeys through email, automation sequences, and data-driven engagement.
• Develop and manage organic social media content, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Collaborate with local businesses for co-branded partnerships and sponsorships.
• Attend select community events as a brand representative, ensuring strong public engagement.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• 2-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ads, emails, and social media
• experience in social media content creation and community engagement.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
• experience managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• Advanced CRM automation expertise, particularly in HubSpot.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, government regulations, general financial reports and compliance documents.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise, as well as outdoors in cold, wet, or warm conditions.
