Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Operations Clerk to work at our Rexburg Administration Office, 25 hours per week M-F, with Saturday hours as needed. (This position works five hours per day; schedule is flexible.) ***The successful candidate will be available year-round.*** The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

Assists in Visa, shared branch balancing, accounting programs, and performs various back-up roles in data processing. Scans documents such as cleared checks, returned checks, checks for deposit, and signature cards. Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

Must have basic internet skills, basic computer skills, and be able to answer phones and direct calls. High school or equivalent education required with six months of similar or related experience.
