Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Operations Clerk 5/IRAs to work in our Rexburg Administration Office. This position will work 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. This position will administer and assist several programs in the Operations Department, including IRAs, wires, account research, share draft approval, garnishments, as well as specialize in fraud prevention and security.

Job Description

• Specializes in IRA tax reporting and auditing.
• Gives approvals on drafts and ACH overdrafts, override check holds, back up share draft
• department.
• Wire processing and cash ordering specialist.
• Researches and makes corrections to member accounts. Serves as resource for questions from
• other departments.
• Fraud/Security Officer, educating co-workers and members on fraud prevention and robbery
• procedures security.
• Processes levies & garnishments and college payroll & transfers; and administers safe deposit
• boxes annually.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years years of similar or related experience and a two-year college degree or equivalent training preferred.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, as well as exceptional courtesy and tact.
• Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
