Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Operations Support team member to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position will work 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide Operations and Card department support with incoming calls regarding card and account inquiries.
• Assist the Operations Account Officer as needed. Process IRA inquiries, data input, and filing. Balances and audits IRA and wire reports as needed.
• Completes wires, certificate renewals, return checks, secure messaging, etc. Backup for various operation processes. Reviews forms and online address changes for accuracy.
• Completes research and clerical assignments for legal requests. Oversees stale dated checks and dormant account quarterly projects.
• Provide MSR support for all branches and backup MSR position for West Branch when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends community events as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education and at least six months of similar or related experience.
• Ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
