Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work 40 hours a week, Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:30 and Friday from 8:30-6, with Saturday hours as needed, in our Rexburg Administrative office. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

The Project Manager carries out special projects as assigned by the VP of Financial and Strategic Planning in a timely and professional manner.

• Responsible for development and management of the Service All-Star program, which includes but is not limited to: brand implementation, surveys, quizzes, and spreadsheet tracking.
• Carries out special projects originated by the management team. Manages time in order to meet deadlines. Communicates with others inside and outside of the organization in a professional manner in order to complete projects on time. Work may include projects or events that occur outside of normal business hours and days.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and advanced PC skills in spreadsheets, databases, graphing, and report generation.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills & customer service skills.
• Six months of similar or related experience required as well as a two-year college degree or equivalent training.
