Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Recovery Manager to work in our Rexburg Administration Branch. This position will work 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours as needed. The expected pay is $_____ per hour, DOE.

Job Description

• Manage and lead the recovery department under the direction of the CLO.
• Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail; takes appropriate action to bring current.
• Analyzes financial situation of delinquent borrowers; makes recommendations to repossess collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
• Maintains accurate files and reports on all collections activity. Organize collection procedures in one document with a fluid format.
• Manages bankruptcy proceedings. Takes appropriate action to minimize loss to credit union.
• Assists the title clerk in perfecting and releasing vehicle titles.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• One year of similar or related experience required.
• Must have excellent communication skills as work will involve motivating or influencing members.
